论外墙保温托架使用的重要性

在外墙保温施工中，保温托架是不能少的，它的重要性在于在外墙保温系统中通过安装托架来承担一定面积外墙保温体系的自重,有效的防止了系统因自重大而导致的蠕变；跟传统普通的钢铁托架相比,因钢铁本身质量较重,且表面很容易生锈酸碱腐蚀,铝合金托架可以有效分担了保温系统的下垂应力,提高了保温系统的安全系数。

施工步骤简单描述一下：

施工时,首先,在各阴角,阳角挂垂直线和水平线以控制垂直度和平整度。开始安装保温托架用膨胀螺栓来固定托架，每隔三层就必须加设托架,采用金属锚栓固定在墙体上,金属锚栓入墙8-10公分即可。
